1. How to Order

      • To order through our online store, enter your desired quantity and click “Add to Cart” for the selected item(s).  The selected item will be added to your shopping cart.  At any point, you can click on the shopping cart (at the top right hand corner) to view your items.
      • Click “CHECKOUT” when you are done with your shopping, to proceed to checkout and payment.
      • At Checkout, you will be brought through these few simple steps to complete the transaction:

                    

      • After your order is submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the Order Reference Number (Eg: PLPNCIUOX, WLSCCMVZL which is unique and randomly generated for security purpose) and order details.

 Note: We also offer the flexibility of ordering via email.  Please send your request to info@juzkidzonline.com

2. Payment

(a) We accept payment via: 

      • Paypal
      • MasterCard
      • Visa
      • Local inter-bank transfer

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address to keep your credit card information safe and private.  

(b) Cheque payment is accepted only for email orders. Please email us at info@juzkidzonline.com

3. Delivery & Rates

(a) Personalisation timeline:

      • Takes up to 7 days for items to be ready (due to embroidery work)

(b) Delivery timeline (excluding personalisation work):

      (i) Normal Local Mail

        • It's FREE of charge
        • The items will be delivered within 2 - 4 working days
        • Note: we cannot be held responsible for any lost items/packages as normal mail cannot be tracked by SingPost.    

     (ii) Local Registered Mail

        • Additional $2.20
        • Registered mail provides greater security that the parcel reaches the recipients and it allows you to  track your parcel via Singpost website
        • The items will be delivered within 2 - 4 working days

     (iii) Local Courier Delivery

        • Local courier delivery within Singapore* at a flat rate of S$10/-
        • Free delivery for orders above S$120/-
        • The items will be delivered within 1 - 2 working days

*Does not include delivery to Army Camps, Airport Cargo Complex, PSA Wharves, Sentosa and Jurong Island. Pricing differs for these places. Do email us at info@juzkidzonline.com to enquire on delivery to these locations.

     (iv) International Delivery

        • Charges are dependent on your location, and are calculated according to weight and destination at the time of checkout. You will receive a tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your purchase

4. Returns & Exchanges

(a) Defective Items
We aim to provide quality products to give you every satisfaction. However if there is any manufacture defects, please email us at info@juzkidzonline.com within 5 days after receiving your items to request for an exchange. Exchange can be made for purchases that are still in its original packaging.

Kindly quote the:

(i) order reference number (eg: PLPNCIUOX, WLSCCMVZL)
(ii) brief description of the defective item

An acknowledgement email would be sent to you on your request.

For local (Singapore) orders, items have to be returned to us within 14 days from the date of our acknowledgement.

For international orders, items have to be returned to us within 28 days from the date of our acknowledgement.  We will process the exchange once we have received the original item(s).

(b) Incorrect Items 

For any incorrect item received, please email us at info@juzkidzonline.com within 3 days after receiving your order.

Kindly quote the:

(i) order reference number (eg: PLPNCIUOX, WLSCCMVZL)

(ii) wrong item received 

An exchange would be made for purchases that are still in its original packaging. 

5.  Refer a Friend

When you refer a friend to shop at Juz Kidz Online, you get to enjoy direct $5 discount when your friend make his/her first purchase!

How it works?

a)     You would need to have an account with Juz Kidz Online (It’s free and easy to sign up!)

b)    You would need to complete at least 1 order (with payment verified and completed).

c)     After you have completed your 1st order, click the green button “Refer a Friend” at the top right hand corner and login.

d)    At the “Refer My Friends” section, you can:

        • enter your friend’s name and email address to send the email invitation to them     OR
        • share the invite link at the bottom of the page with them via instant messaging, watsapp, email, Facebook, etc.

it’s that simple!

e)    Do note that your friend must access our Store via that invite link (which tells us that you are the referring friend so that we can credit the discount to you) for you to enjoy the discount.

f)    Once your friend shop and complete the purchase at our Store, you will receive an email with the Voucher Number.  

      In your next purchase, key in that Voucher Number into the "Enter Voucher Code Here" box at checkout to enjoy the discount.
