recently, no.12 85,000dwt bulk carrier built for was delivered by shanhaiguan shipbuilding heavy industry corporation(ssic). this is the first ship delivered by ssic in the second half of the year.
the ship has total length of 227.20m, molded width of 36m, molded depth of 20.35m, design draft of 11.5m, carrying capacity of 84900dwt, and is registered with ccs.
during the trial, the ship encountered stormy weather, which brought difficulties to the trial, but with the efforts of all the pilot crew, all the test items were successfully completed. on the return journey, the staff contacted with the shipowner to deal with the comments list as soon as they received it to ensure the timely delivery of the ship.
at the same time, no.13 85,000dwt bulk carrier built by ssic has also successfully completed the trial and returned to port recently. the integrity of the trial scored 99.04 points. during the trial, the staff fully absorbed the experience of previous series of ships, orderly connected various test items, greatly reduced the waiting time for the test, and all the items were passed at one time. the good performance of the ship won the praise of the ship owner and ship inspector.
in july, ssic planned 7 major production nodes, which are all completed now. all shipbuilding units will pay close attention to the fine management, promote the overall speed comprehensively, continue to build fine ship type of 85,000dwt bulk carriers for ssic, and sprint for the annual target task.
