Welcome to Juz Kidz Online website. Please read through these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions apply to the access and use of this website and the order and purchase of products through this website. By using this website or by submitting any order through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“TOU”). Juz Kidz Online reserves the right to modify or change these TOU at our sole discretion from time to time. The updated TOU will be posted on the site and shall take effect from the date of posting. The continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the TOU constitutes acceptance of those changes. “Us” or “we” refer to Juz Kidz Online.
REGISTERING WITH US
By registering with us, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself, maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete and comply with these TOU. Upon registration, you are responsible for your password and account access and you agree to accept responsibility for actions that occur under your account and password.
USER COMMENTS
Juz Kidz Online reserves the right to screen, remove or edit customers’ comments and feedbacks.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS ON THIS WEBSITE
(a) Contract
(i) After you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your order which constitutes an acceptance of your order. Our performance of the contract of sale is, however, subject to paragraph (b)(i).
(ii) You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
(b) Cancellation of Order
(i) We may cancel all or part of your order if one or more products in your order is/ are not available for any reason.
(ii) You will not be able to cancel any part of your order after we have accepted your order.
(iii) Upon cancellation of any part of your order in accordance with paragraph (b)(i), we will send you a written notification confirming such cancellation. We will also refund any payment made for such cancelled order.
(c) Prices
(i) The price of a product displayed on this website does not include applicable delivery charges. Delivery charges will be charged in addition to the product price and will be included in the total cost for your order.
(d) Payment
(i) Payment for orders made on this website is to be made through PayPal (in accordance to the terms of PayPal’s terms of use), Credit Card or through telegraphic transfer to our designated bank account.
(ii) In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Juz Kidz Online is not liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for any fraudulent use of a credit card will be on the user and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user.
(iii) Your order will not be dispatched until PayPal has completed its pre-authorisation check or we have confirmed receipt of your payment through telegraphic transfer, as the case may be.
INACCURACY DISCLAIMER
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
PRODUCT COLOURS
The colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the colours you see will depend on your device/screen setting, we cannot guarantee that your display will be accurate.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This website is owned by and registered to Juz Kidz Online. The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available on this website is our sole property or the sole property of our licensors. Without prejudice to the foregoing, you may store, print and display the content supplied on this website solely for your own personal use only.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
(a) We offer local and worldwide delivery through our selected postal and courier service providers. Please refer to our delivery FAQ for more details.
(b) In addition to delivery charges, you will bear all taxes and duties that may be levied by your destination country (for worldwide delivery).
(c) All risks (including risk of loss) and title to the products will pass to you when the products that you have ordered are delivered to the carrier for delivery to the address provided by you.
(d) All orders are dispatched via registered mail or courier service which will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. In the event that your package is returned to us arising from errors in the delivery information provided by you, or a failure to collect the package within the stipulated timeframe as indicated by the relevant postal service provider, a redelivery fee will be charged to you.
Juz Kidz Online reserves the right to refuse delivery if any amount owing to us is not paid in full or if there are any other reasons preventing us from carrying out the delivery. The risk of loss lies with you during the course of the delivery of the items.
RETURN POLICY
At Juz Kidz Online, we strive to provide excellent customer service and quality products to give you every satisfaction. For manufacture defects, please email us at info@juzkidzonline.com within 3 days after receiving your items. We will send an acknowledgement email to you.
For local (Singapore) orders, items have to be returned to us within 7 days from the date of our acknowledgement.
For international orders, items have to be returned to us within 20 days from the date of our acknowledgement.
Items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
If we have delivered incorrect, please contact us at info@juzkidzonline.com and we will assist you in the return of the item.
TERMINATION
Juz Kidz Online reserves the right to terminate the services or part thereof, with or without cause at any time. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, cost or expenses howsoever caused by arising out of termination of any part of the services, to you or any other individual.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The use of this site is at customers’ sole risk. Juz Kidz Online disclaims any liability applying to any damages or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this Site due to failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, transmission, computer virus, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of the Contents of this Site.
